Eleonore toulin
Chef & Founder
Born and raised in Paris, Éléonore has always moved between the worlds of creativity and hospitality. First as a model, she worked with iconic houses such as Chanel, Jacquemus, and Vivienne Westwood.
Drawn more and more to the pleasure of cooking and gathering people, she completed an intensive training at Alain Ducasse’s culinary school in Paris - a turning point that confirmed her passion.

About.
In 2020, she moved to Los Angeles, where she now works as a private chef and hospitality consultant. Her work blends food, aesthetics, and storytelling through bespoke menus, intimate events, pop-ups, and brand collaborations. Chez Léo was born from this love for hosting.
While cooking for clients and friends, Éléonore could never find an apron she truly loved: aprons with a top felt too stiff, and skirt aprons were often too basic. She dreamed of something minimal, elegant, and chic - an apron you can wear while cooking and keep on when your guests arrive.
So she designed her own.
A French-made linen piece that’s as beautiful as it is functional, and the first chapter of a larger vision: a collection crafted to elevate the art of hosting so anyone can feel confident, stylish, and inspired at their table.
Inspired by the way I grew up:
simple food, generous tables.
