Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
In these cases, we cover the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be returned in the same condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
As stated above, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
